! SC goto could raise a wrong "... could not be accessed" message in find mode. Fixed.
* Configuration | Preview | Don't preview larger images: Now the setting "0" (zero) stands for "unlimited".
* Configuration | Thumb | No thumbnails of images larger than this: Now the setting "0" (zero) stands for "unlimited".
